Hummingbird Plant Seeds

Welcome to my Hummingbird Seed Locker where you will find a list of flowering plant seeds from my own hummingbird garden. Many hummingbird attracting plants will also be attractive to a wide variety of butterflies.

Adult male hummingbirds begin the spring migration in February and the Ruby-throat starts arriving here, in the northeast in late April to mid May for the purpose of establishing their territory. The females arrive about 2 weeks later and begin nesting shortly after. I offer the seed of some very easy plants to others who want to start a hummingbird garden. I don't ship plants at this time. If you are in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area contact me about plant avaiability or specific plants you are looking for. You can also visit the Hummingbird Forum to interact with other hummingbird gardeners.

Different seed varieties will be added as my plants set and develop viable seed.

Seeds are sold in 5 packs. The price of 5 packets of seed is $4.00 regardless whether you order 5 paks of the same or 5 different varieties. S/H is included. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order. NY state residents will be charged the appropriate sales tax for their particular county.

Please list the seeds you are ordering either by number or name in the instruction box of the shopping cart. If you just want me to select seeds for you, type SURPRISE ME in the special instructions box. Seeds may sell out quickly in the spring so please have an alternate selection in mind. If you have questions feel free to email me.
