Answers

1. What payment options do you offer?
   You may pay for your purchase with a personal check, bank or cashiers check, or money order made payable to Penny Durnin. You can use Visa or M/C. You can also pay for your purchases through Pay Pal. If you would like more information about using Pay Pal just email me at Penelope's Quilt Closet and I will be happy to send you the information.
2. I have an account with Pay Pal.    How do I place an order using Pay Pal?
   To place your order through Pay Pal you can use our online secure shopping cart system and select ON ACCOUNT as payment option. In the ON ACCOUNT box just type PAY PAL. I will send the link to Pay Pal with your order confirmation.
3. I don't like placing orders online. What other options do you offer for placing an order besides doing it online?
   You have the 3 options:
   (1) Printing my Order Form page and mailing it along with a check or M/O.
   (2) By Email but do not include any credit card information. I will call you for that info.
   (3) Placing your order over the telephone (716) 694-6019
4. Can I request an item that you do not have listed in your store?You can email or fax me about an item you would like to order and I will let you know if it is feasible and what the cost will be, or I will try to direct you through my network of professionals to someone who I feel is qualified to do it for you.
5. How do I place an order for custom made items?
   Simply email or fax me with the name of the item you wish to order. State the size, if applicable and the type of fabric you would like. I will email sample fabrics for you to select and approve.
6. How will I know the price of an item that I want custom made?
   I will send you a price quote once an agreement has been reached on size, fabric, design, etc. of the item you are interested in. You then have the option of ordering or cancelling.
7. What is your return policy?
   Once you receive your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item for credit or refund of the purchase price if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Custom made items are not returnable.
8. Can I have my order shipped to another address?
   Yes, there is no additional charge for shipping to another address.
9. Do you ship to Military bases overseas with APO or FPO addresses?
   Yes, I will gladly ship to our American service people overseas.
10. If I place an order with you, how will I know when it is shipped out to me?
    I email all my customers the day that their orders are shipped with the post office delivery confirmation number.
11. How long will it take before my order is shipped out?
    For standard items, shipment during non peak season is usually within 10 days. For custom made items the turn around is 2 - 3 weeks. Holiday orders may take longer.
